“Be Prepared” is something we learned growing up as Girl or Boy Scouts, and that’s what “Go Bags” do, prepare us for an emergency. In an emergency, we may not know what to grab from home on the way out. CERT created Go Bag lists, so you are prepared if that evacuation order ever comes about. Prepare your Go Bags now, before an emergency. Keep them in a place near your car, maybe even as close as in the trunk, giving you one less thing to think about when getting your family to safety.
